  主要职责

  1. 配合销售人员推广音频ADC、DAC、CODEC芯片，为客户提供器件选型、功能演示和硬件电路设计及软件调试方面的技术支持。
  2. 与客户交流，了解客户需求，根据客户的需求推荐合适产品。
  3. 跟踪客户状态，并及时反馈给公司相关部门。
  4. 协助准备产品推广所需材料，对销售人员和分销商现场应用工程师进行培训。
  5. 收集市场或客户的新需求，并将新的产品信息反馈个研发人员。
  6. 收集、掌握主流竞争对手产品相关性能、优劣势等，并形成分析报告。

  岗位要求

  1. 电子工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历，有意愿从事技术支持等方面的工作。
  2. 具有两年以上研发工作经验或四年以上FAE工作经验者优先；应届毕业生亦可。
  3. 具有较好的C语言、模拟电路、数字电路、电路分析等基础。
  4. 熟悉基本的电路、元件以及常用的I2C、SPI通话接口，有较强的焊接等实际动手能力。
  5. 熟悉ARM或8 bit MCU的软硬件设计，有实际的项目经验者优先，编写过Linux ALSA声卡驱动者优先。
  6. 能够熟练运用PROTEl、ORCAD或POWERPCB等工具软件进行原理图及PCB设计，至少熟悉其中一种工具软件。
  7. 熟悉音频ADC、DAC、CODEC，有音频ADC、DAC、CODEC应用经验者优先。
  8. 较强的沟通表达能力及方案呈现能力、擅长与客户沟通。有较好的客户服务意识。
  9. 较好的文档撰写能力和英语读写能力。
  10. 善于学习，善于分析问题，有团队合作精神，愿与公司长期发展。

  主要职责

  1. 推广公司品牌和销售公司产品，包括ADC，DAC，CODEC等音频器件。
  2. 深入了解公司文化和精通公司产品以及所涉及的行业，并了解各行业的目前状况和将来发展趋势，以及行业的核心客户群。
  3. 根据行业状况制定销售策略，领导并管理代理商配合公司销售策略的实施，以及监管代理的客户跟进以及价格执行情况。
  4. 对管辖的行业龙头企业，突破并建立稳固的互利双赢的合作关系。
  5. 收集整理行业和客户状况以及存在的问题，以报表的形式及时反馈给公司各相关部门。

  岗位要求

  1. 大学专科及以上学历，电子相关专业者优先。
  2. 有3年以上电子元器件销售经验，有音频器件销售经验者优先。
  3. 善于交流和学习，具有敏锐的洞察能力。
  4. 阳光的心态和主动积极自我激励的良好习惯，以及良好的品德和身体素质。
  5. 具有良好的团队协助精神，和服从组织管理。
